Look at city in four quadrants to determine what’s there and what’s needed.  Should have meetings that involve all subcommittees.

Promotion/Education

The committee needs a comprehensive communications package that takes all communications issues into account.

Considering an RFP for hiring a professional marketing/communications firm for input and planning.  Until then, not sure of the market, goals, etc.  Also, considering a media strategy that would include periodic appearances on radio programs.
