Mr. Harms’ client experience spans professional services, private equity and industry-leading corporate entities. He has decades of experience conducting CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, CPO and consulting leadership searches across multiple industry sectors, working cross-functionally across digital and technology segments that include AI & Machine Learning, Cloud, Cyber/Security, Blockchain, IoT , flexible, data and technology modernization.
Mr. Harms most recently served as a partner with Baker Montgomery, executive search and recruitment consulting services focused on professional services, investor-backed portfolio and senior-level corporate positions in technology, strategy and operations, and human capital. There, he was a member of the firm’s leadership team, where he led client development and project execution for leadership-level roles at professional services firms of all sizes, as well as transformational leadership positions at investor-backed portfolio companies and large corporate entities . During his career, Mr. Harms also gained experience at PwC, DiamondCluster International and Accenture.
