Breakers appoint first female president

A 27-year veteran of The Breakers, Tricia Taylor was promoted to president. She is the first woman to hold this position at the prestigious resort. She will oversee all aspects of resort operations for the versatile 140-acre property and its off-site businesses and lead The Breakers’ commitment to its 2,300 team members.

Newly formed WPBgo appoints head of promotion

The newly formed West Palm Beach Mobility Coalition, known as WPBgo, has announced the appointment of Bernard Harrigan as field coordinator. Harrigan will work to advance the use of mobility options with partners including property owners and developers, housing authorities, government agencies, local employers, hospitals, colleges and universities, and local and regional advocacy groups. WPBgo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to reduce traffic and improve mobility in and around downtown West Palm Beach.

Oxbridge appoints a development manager and board members

Natalie Beck was recently appointed Director of Development at Oxbridge Academy of West Palm Beach. Beck has dedicated her career to supporting arts, social service and educational organizations in Palm Beach County. Beck’s previous roles include director of philanthropy at the YMCA of the Palm Beaches; director of development for the Armory Art Center; individual and planned endowment manager for the Palm Beach Opera and more.

The academy also named three new members to its board of directors. Simone Bonuti has been a resident of Manalapan since 2004 and currently serves as the city’s vice mayor. James Goldenalso known by his stage name Bo Snerdley, is a talk radio producer and host, best known for his work for 30 years on The Rush Limbaugh Show. David C. Mack is a senior partner and vice president of The Mack Company, a real estate development firm headquartered in New Jersey and Arizona.

Friends of the Mounts adds board members

Two new members were recently appointed to the Friends of the Mounts Botanical Garden Board of Directors. Rachel Papert WelcomeI am the CEO of the Hanley Foundation and Joseph Singer is the managing director of Mish Fine Jewelry, a nationally recognized jewelry design studio based in Palm Beach.

Children’s Counseling Center Appoints Medical Director

Shannon Fox-LevineDr. has been appointed medical director of the Children’s Counseling Center. Fox-Levin is a pediatrician and sole owner of Palm Beach Pediatrics, where she has worked for 20 years. Children’s Counseling Center has been building the foundation for a playful, healthy and hopeful life for children and families in Palm Beach County since 1999. Its services focus on preventing and treating the effects of adverse experiences and toxic stress on children, promoting resilience and healthy relationships in the family, school and community.

Prestige Home Watch earns NHWA accreditation

Prestige Home Watch Services has been accredited by the National Home Watch Association for the second year running. Owner Randy Klotzman grew up in the real estate world and spent summers working for his father, learning all about carpentry, roofing and plumbing. Prestige Home Watch Services serves Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, Parkland and Coconut Creek.
