Giorgia teased her graduation by writing on her social media “released from her 4 year sentence today” next to a photo of her cap and gown.
Four years ago, Michaels took Reign on Fox News after she posed for the first time in Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue.
“As a father, I’ve been there from the umbilical cord cutting until now, and I mean her mother too. I’m saying this, both of us, as parents, are really, really proud of Reign,” Michaels said. “She did a great job. She studied at a really good university for broadcast journalism. She adores him. She’s in Tennessee doing it.
“She is one of those people who are good souls. She is modest. At the same time, she is a fighter. I’m really proud of her. I appreciate the views and votes. Sports Illustrated because I’m a sports fanatic, I’m so proud of her because it’s also a great magazine for them to be recognized. I give credit to all the girls who took part and the six finalists, it’s amazing.’
Last summer, Michaels, who celebrates his 60th birthday on Wednesday, had to cancel a concert after a bad reaction to medication, but returned to concerts days later.
At the concert in July, he said he was “ready to rock. I will give you 1000% of everything I have in the tank right now. I’m not feeling my best on Sunday, but you’ll keep cheering and bring it on. And I couldn’t be more thankful for such a great, amazing family, friends and fans. Thank you.”
The rocker told Fox New last month before the Super Bowl, “I feel great.”
“I said the grace of God, great medical care and family, friends and amazing fans,” said Michaels, who has had type 1 diabetes since childhood and had an aneurysm in 2010.
“That’s what brought me here. I feel great. I just finished the stadium tour. Like I said, we were here right on [Glendale’s State Farm Stadium]. It was amazing and then I got back on the road with the Parti-Gras tour, which was going solo this summer to all the amphitheaters and arenas.”
