Fitness influencers face backlash for mocking fellow gym-goers, get banned from returning

Going to the gym can be super stressful, especially when you’re just starting out. You feel like you’re messing up every exercise, you don’t know how to set up the equipment correctly, everyone is looking at you… It’s horrible, I know.

The truth is, people at the gym rarely care about what you do. Apart from the rare bad apples who Noah Bermudez collects and exposes to its followers, like these two girls who mock a man’s perfectly valid exercises by pointing at him, copying what he does, and laughing. You know, just academic bullying stuff.

Noah often makes content that takes down gym influencers who are empowered, creepy, or just generally bullies

“Yesterday I made a video about these two girls pointing and making fun of a guy at their gym who was just trying to work out”

“They set up their whole tripod pointing at him and laughing and copying his workout because it looked goofy. I didn’t really like it, I found that kind of made me cringe, so I made a video of it and it did so well that they took the original video down.

“I’m done with this, I wasn’t going to make another video. That was until they DMed me”

“They just wanted to tell me it wasn’t harassment. In fact, they said they were playfully pointing fingers at copying his workout and not bullying him, just finding it amusing. Back in the day when I was being made fun of, people would say a lot of things and I’d always ask “Why?” And they’d say “It’s not bullying, you know, it’s just funny”. Oh, this is for your amusement, you mock me. It makes everything 10 times better.”

“Anyway, they just asked me to take the video down and I responded with what any intelligent person would respond with.”

“I can’t breathe when you’re gone. The city of Yapsville needs its mayor back. I even tried to get their friends to ask me to take the video down. My friend, this is not happening. “Help, there’s a bomb on my chest.” It’s about to explode at any moment. What to do?'”

“I recently made a video about these two girls who were bullying and making fun of a guy at their gym who was just trying to work out”

“They sent me a DM telling me to take the video down, I responded with what any smart, handsome man would respond and that was, ‘I can’t breathe when you’re gone. The city of Yapsville needs its mayor back. I have good news and bad news about this whole situation. The good news is this guy DMed me, he’s friends with the manager and they got kicked out of the gym. The bad news is that after hearing this I pooped my pants in sheer excitement and there is no one to change my diaper. Anyone want to do it? Mason? Do you want to change my diaper?”

The two women have since deleted the original video but have not issued a public apology

It might sound a little silly, but the video is not for the faint of heart. Watching people just riot as they point and mimic and just fall apart laughing at a dude who does *check notes* hip stretch? It’s a time capsule back to the school years where most bullying happens, so people who experienced it firsthand will know what I mean.

None of the exercises are “weird”, nothing he does is “weird” in the slightest, he just focuses on his training. It really makes you think “Hey guys, is it weird to work out at the gym?”

But you probably already know all that. What we’re really here for is what happened when the video went viral with Noah’s help.

According to Noah’s social media, he is a videographer and editor and you can find a lot of his long and short content on his YouTube. In his shorter videos, you’ll find a bunch of videos like the one we have today where he points out various entitled, creepy, and generally insensitive to the point of stupidity people.

Today’s video is no different. Popped up on TikTok with original download of the bullies getting over 5.3 million views and Noah showing apologies sent to him and requests to take down the previous video getting a total of 7.3 million. Although these videos were very popular on TikTok, they continue Noah’s Instagram page have earned him 15 to 18 million views at a time. Just goes to show you that people are out there for satisfying content made against gym bullies.

After shamelessly pointing and laughing at an innocent man as if he was working out in full clown makeup and getting blasted online after people saw Noah’s video, the two took down the original video, which would have been enough for Noah. He would stop there and not make any more updates and they would probably just fade into obscurity.

They should have just contacted him and asked him to remove this video. Instead of doing that, Noah did another video, showing his message to the world. In the message, they excused themselves as “pointing playfully” and downplayed the fact that there was any harassment in the video at all.

Many comments on the video pointed out that the girls downplaying what they did was largely christomathy as they were trying to create a certain false narrative that what every viewer of the original video saw wasn’t actually that. what he saw.

Instead of making a sensible response (not that he needed one), Noah sent a nonsensical voicemail, indirectly calling Debs rattle – someone who talks a lot (yaps) with little or no substance.

Finally, Noah shared third videowith an amazing conclusion to this story: the video went so viral that it reached a person who worked at the gym and therefore knew the manager, resulting in both of them being banned from the gym!

Good luck and good luck finding another gym to be terrible at! Just in case you want to stay up to date on if the women will ever post an updated video, you can just find Berna and Debs on TikTok.

Now, if you’re unfortunately dealing with bullying at the gym but don’t have a platform as big as Noah’s, there are a few things you can do, at least according to Megafied Fitness.

You may try to deal with your abuser yourself, either by ignoring them or by standing up to them, making sure you don’t let any nasty remarks fly. Alternatively, you can involve the trainers or gym management by asking them to do something about your bullying behavior.

If management doesn’t care, maybe it’s best to find a less toxic place to practice or do like Noah and make sure everyone knows about their behavior. Most importantly, don’t doubt yourself. You are in the gym for a reason – to improve yourself – and no one has the right to talk down to you, regardless of your experience or progress.

Noah’s Saga earned 16.8 million views across three videos, with the most popular second video receiving over 1.1 million likes. What do you think of the videos? Have you dealt with a gym bully or tortured yourself? Let us know below.

The community was horrified by the girls’ behavior, especially applauding Noah, who gave them their due
