Plot – “With Christmas just around the corner, aspiring realtor/designer Abigail Jones (Newbrough) has no time for holiday cheer. Just landed a career-changing opportunity to represent DevelaCorp, the city’s largest real estate development company, busy Abigail is torn when her sister calls for help during the holidays with the “simple flip” of a recently inherited home.
“Abigail, buried in her work, reluctantly sets out to help the family, but is faced with a dilemma when she learns that the inherited house has a co-beneficiary, Bo (Rosner), an altruistic city contractor. Abigail has to sell the home for her sister, who needs the money to make room for her growing family, including their father, who has recently moved. Bo, on the other hand, wants to use the house as a bed and breakfast.
“As Abigail and Beau negotiate the pros and cons of each option, her holiday spirit is lifted as their collaboration leads to a newly revived sense of community. However, when Abigail unwittingly draws DevelaCorp’s attention to some local prime real estate, they bid to purchase the vacant land with the intention of renovating Bo’s beloved community.
“Abigail is devastated after revealing the impending sale to Bo, knowing she has ruined their budding relationship. As she sets out to break the deal and save the spirit of the local community, she discovers what is truly important in life – the love of family, friends and that special someone, especially during the holidays.”

Stars – Janelle Parrish, Tyler Hines and Pascale Lamott-Kipness
Plot – “Besties since the womb, Naomi Long (Parish) and Liz Waite (Lamott-Kipness) have spent the last 36 years doing everything together — including launching a successful app and enjoying vacations in Hawaii. But when Naomi’s mother Linda (Linda Ko) convinces them to spend December in their hometown in Iowa – and then announces her plans to move in with her daughter – this holiday season promises to be interesting.
“However, when Naomi and Liz discover that their high school sweetheart Chris Silver (Hines) is back in town, it looks like this Christmas may have a ‘silver lining.’ In high school, Chris was out of their league, but now Naomi and Liz are elegantly powerful, and Chris—still very much their romantic ideal—can’t help but notice.
“But as Naomi and Liz enjoy a season of romantic Christmas activities with Chris, a complicated love triangle takes shape. As Naomi and Liz grow closer to Chris and take stock of themselves, they begin to question their friendship. Is their relationship holding them back? As two lifelong friends deal with Christmas, their families, their love triangle, and their work woes, they find decades of trouble surfacing and simmering tensions as they’re reminded that friendship can break our hearts, too.”

“Ava insists her friends leave after realizing her crush Ben (Adam Hurtig) will be there. The three friends could use a night together to reconnect — with Jordin getting over a breakup and Stella in a work rut (and not in the vacation spirit), it’s been a while since they’ve been hanging out together. At the first stop, Jordyn meets Liam (Hollingsworth), another reveler in full Kris Kringle gear, but they’re quickly separated by a scuffle with Santa before exchanging names or numbers.
“Feeling a special connection and determined to find each other, Jordyn and Liam continue their search for each other, but are minutes apart in each location. As the night progresses, Jordyn and Stella try to convince Ava to take a chance and confess her feelings to Ben, Stella is prompted to help her regain her Christmas spirit in an unexpected way, and their adventure turns out to be a not-so-quiet night that they will never forget.
