The Midea FlashChef™ high-speed oven boasts excellent cooking performance and an 8″ HD TFT touch panel. It has two magnetrons for faster heating and stable power output, as well as double-press technology for quick searing and crispiness on both sides on the stove In addition, the oven can cook food quickly and evenly while saving energy thanks to inverter technology.
The Midea Scan&Go™ microwave is the company’s first commercial microwave oven with a built-in scanner, reducing employee workload and saving time for retail consumers. Power and cooking time settings for different types of food can be pre-programmed on a computer that creates a QR code containing the cooking instructions. The microwave oven will receive the cooking instructions by scanning the QR code. Once set up, users don’t have to manually set the power level and time as usual; they can simply scan the barcode of the food with the built-in scanner and place it to cook.
The Midea induction cooktop series is designed for “heavy duty” cooking with an IPX3 waterproof rating, 90% energy efficiency, a thermostatically controlled overheat sensor, a self-cooling system, non-slip metal feet and a compact stainless steel body top design. The range now includes three models, including the wok cooker MIC3400WK with a cooking power of 3400 W and the flat surface hobs MIC3400F and MIC1800F with cooking power of 3400 W and 1800 W respectively.
