Jack Wright will present “Neil Diamond Superstar” at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, at the Rialto Theater Center, 228 E. Fourth St.
Wright will present an evening of passionate ballads, soaring anthems and high-energy rock ‘n’ roll that spans five decades of Neil Diamond’s career.

Art League Exhibition
The opening reception for the 2023 Thompson Valley Art League show will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, February 10, at the Lincoln Gallery, 429 N. Lincoln Ave.
The exhibition will run from February 7 to March 3, and the gallery will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

“Fun Home”
“Fun Home the Musical” opens Friday, Feb. 3, at the Harrington Arts Alliance, 575 N. Denver Ave.
The show is a musical adaptation of Alison Bechdel’s 2006 graphic memoir of the same name and explores her discovery of her own sexuality, her relationship with her secretly gay father, and her attempts to unlock the mysteries surrounding his life.
It will be played from 7pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday, February 3-4, and from 2pm, Saturday and Sunday, February 4-5.

Valentine card
St. St. John the Evangelist Church Catholic Women’s Council will host its annual Valentine’s Party from noon to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, in the Bread of Life Hall at the church, 1730 W. 12th St.
Tickets are $5 for an afternoon of card games and entertainment, dessert and coffee, and a chance for one of many door prizes. Maps are provided.

Author talk
Newbery Honoree Christina Sunthornvath will visit the Loveland Public Library, 300 N. Adams Ave., at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 8.
She will present a talk about her process of writing and researching her Newbery Honor book, “All Thirteen: The Incredible Cave Rescue of the Thai Boys’ Soccer Team.”
Signed copies of the book will be given away during the event.
No registration is required and the conversation is open to all ages. The presentation will be placed in the common area for adults.

Story-time batteries
Storytime with Oscar and the Bird will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the Larimer County Trash Education Center, 5887 S. Taft Hill Road.
