Not only would a win be big for the Thunder players, but it would also be a win for downtown Oklahoma City businesses. Everything that’s really in the Paycom Center really brings people out,” Dake said. The two additional home games would bring big money to the surrounding restaurants, bars and nightlife. Employees at Deep Duece Grill said they always cheer for the team, but they will cheer it extra during Friday’s game. “There’s a lot of hype, especially this time of year, with the possibility of being in the playoffs or in the playoffs.
