Palm Tree continues growth trajectory and announces strategic changes to executive management team

THE ANGELS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Palm Tree LLC, the advanced M&A advisor that provides integrated investment banking, strategic finance and transaction support services, today announced changes to the executive leadership structure designed to drive the firm’s next phases of growth. Palm Tree ended 2022 by breaking the previous year’s revenue record, a pattern the firm has repeated every year since its inception.

After spending just over a decade building the firm’s integrated services that guide clients through transactions, transitions and transformations, Pardis Nasseri, Palm Tree’s founder and most recently managing director, will diversify leadership responsibilities across the firm’s executive team, each with experience in certain disciplines. Mr. Naseri will assume the role of CEO and President of the firm.

The expanded executive leadership team now consists of:

Nasser’s LeopardsCEO and President (former founder and managing director), will focus on developing and executing the firm’s strategic roadmap and future growth, while continuing to be a resource for each service line and select client engagements.

Stephen RossManaging Director and Head of Investment Banking. (formerly co-founder of Investment Banking), will continue to lead the firm’s investment banking services, which help clients position their businesses, structure acquisitions and divestitures, manage targeted strategic processes and raise capital.

Mitchell NeckManaging Director and Head of Transitions and Transformations Department. (formerly Head of Transitions), will lead the firm’s post-closing services, including transformation planning, process improvements and profitability improvements that catalyze value creation.

Britt Terrell, Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, will lead the firm’s capital markets services, which help clients navigate corporate finance, leveraged buyouts and corporate debt restructurings. Terrell is the founder of Backbone Capital Advisors, a capital markets financing advisory firm recently acquired by Palm Tree.

Chris Feldermanmanaging director and head of financial audit, retains his current role leading the firm’s transaction support services, which help clients identify opportunities and uncover risks so that investors make better decisions that preserve capital and sellers are better equipped to preserve value .

David WolinskyChief Talent Officer (former Managing Director), will accelerate the firm’s continued growth by leading its internal and external talent acquisition and development efforts.
