Taylor Swift struggled during her concert in Singapore, leaving fans concerned about her health

Taylor Swift’s fans have been left worried about her health after the American pop star struggled during a recent concert in Singapore.

The Midnights star is in the midst of a massive global Eras Tour spanning five continents – and it looks like it could be taking its toll on the 34-year-old.

In a video shared on social media, Swift is seen repeatedly coughing and clearing her throat while singing the song Delicate in front of a crowd of 55,000 at the National Stadium in Singapore.

“Hope he’s ok cough,” the social media user captioned the video.

Others who attended the concert shared their concerns for Swift.

“I was there and so worried about Taylor,” wrote one fan.

“Oh she needs some rest,” wrote another after watching the clip.

“I bet it has more to do with the drastic weather changes in different regions,” one fan speculated.

Another said: “I can only imagine how exhausting it must be on tour, giving (everything) with every performance.”

Swift only had a few days off after wrapping up the Australian leg of her Eras Tour with four shows in Sydney.

Her first of five concerts in Singapore began on Sunday, March 3, with another concert on Monday night.

She now has a few days to recover and will play again in Singapore on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Then it’s off to Paris for four concerts from May 9-12.

It is understood that meet and greets with fans have not been included in Swift’s tour schedule to minimize the risk of her falling ill.

“When Taylor is on tour, strict measures are put in place to stop her from interacting with anyone outside of her ‘bubble,'” a source recently told Yahoo Lifestyle.

“Even those in her bubble, including her dancers and managers, are limited in what they can do and where they can go during downtime.

“Going on a world tour might sound exciting, but the reality is that every day is just going from hotel room to venue and repeat.”

Although Swift had fans meet and greet after the COVID outbreak, that didn’t mean she didn’t go out while in Australia.

She and supporting artist Sabrina Carpenter went to dinner in Sydney, and Swift went to the Sydney Zoo twice, the second time being when her boyfriend Travis Kelce flew in to see her.

The Swift touring machine is so lucrative that canceling a single show is estimated to be worth millions of dollars in revenue.

After watching the video from Singapore, one fan noted that Swift even looked a little “sticky,” with several wondering if she might have COVID.

“That’s a lot of coughing,” the fan wrote.

“She also looks tacky.

“How many (concerts) does she have in March?”

“Most of the people who went to the Sydney shows got COVID, poor Tay Tay probably too,” wrote another.

Another fan said she was already starting to sound a bit “hoarse” at the last gig in Sydney.

“Can you imagine having a whooping cough and having to sing?” they wrote.

“I don’t even like coughing in my cubicle at work.”
