• Thursday Burger Night, 4 to 8 p.m. Feb. 8, Galien American Legion Post 344, 402 N. Cleveland Ave., Galien. Burgers, hot dogs, shrimp, chicken strips or sloppy baskets. Price: $9 to $5. The baskets include fries and a straw. Menu may vary except for hamburgers.

• Fried fish, 4 to 7 p.m. (or until fish run out), Feb. 9, Our Lady of Hungary School Gym, 735 W. Calvert, South Bend. All you can eat. Fish, baked potatoes, salads, macaroni and cheese, bread, dessert. Price at the door: adults/carriage, $15; children (ages 5 to 12), $10; 4 and under, free.

• Fried fish, 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 9, The Embers & SugarElla’s Catering, 1487 Signal Point Drive, Niles, 574-298-3703. Event before purchasing tickets. • Perfect combinations, 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 22, Aloft Hotel, 111 N. Main St., South Bend. A casual evening of sweet and savory dishes paired with beer and wine. Cost: $50 + $5.20 fee. Sponsored by Unity Gardens. Tickets: theunitygardens.org.
