9 of the best iPhone 17 accessories available right now

The iPhone 17 has been available for purchase for a month now. During that time, as with every new generation Apple product, a number of accessories appeared for the new Apple iPhone model series. From chargers and cases to straps and other accessories that add something to the iPhone 17, they also help users get the most out of their new devices.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve tested a few of these add-ons and found out which ones are worth your money and which ones you can skip. In the end, we found nine products that stood out—some improved battery life, others protected new phones, and some could charge multiple devices at once. These accessories are available for the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max, so no matter which model you choose, the list below should have something to look out for.

The best cases and straps for iPhone 17

One of the first priorities for many first-time iPhone users is to find a way to protect it. Of course, there are enough iPhone 17 cases on the market to make any shopper’s head spin, so we’ve narrowed the list down to a few favorites that we’ve bought. There’s also a cheaper cross-body strap here for those who find the Apple price tag a little too much:

  • Beats: Beats offers several new cases for the iPhone 17, but my favorite has to be the new rugged case. It gives your iPhone style and added protection. Last month we were able to cover the Beats cases.

  • ADDRESS: As always, CASETiFY has some new iPhone 17 cases. One of my favorites is the Imact Ring Stand Case, which allows you to see the back of the device and adds an extra cover to the camera plateau that you can use to easily watch videos in landscape mode.

  • CAPRICE: Snap Case MOVAS is one of the best cases in the iPhone 17 series. The Misty Cove color was my favorite option for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and even after almost a year of use, it still looks like new.

  • Nomad: If you miss Apple’s leather cases, you can still get a solid leather product from Nomad. The company offers a magnetic version and a modern one; I personally prefer the latter.

  • Orbit key: Simple and effective, Orbitkey’s phone bracelet costs half the price of Apple’s. It also comes in a variety of fun colors, so it’s perfect for your hikes, concerts, and bagless strolls.

Now that your iPhone 17 is well protected, let’s work on keeping the battery charged.

The best iPhone 17 chargers and docks

One charger that you carry with you everywhere is no longer enough. We use our phones all day long, and if you don’t have a charger at your desk, on your nightstand, and in your purse when you leave, there’s a good chance your phone will die before you go to bed. While the iPhone 17 series has Apple’s most impressive battery life, it still requires chargers and docks:

  • Belkin: The company’s UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock is one of the first accessories to support Qi 2.2 for iPhone, meaning users can charge their iPhone faster than ever with up to 25W of power. You can also quickly charge your Apple Watch and AirPods at the same time as your iPhone.

  • Anker: Anker’s Prime Wireless Charging Station also offers 25W super fast charging with a direct charging display dock and an active cooling system to ensure your iPhone charges without damaging the battery. Users can also choose between three modes to find the most optimal charging experience for their situation.

  • Mophie: If you want a power bank that actually charges your phone, Mophie offers a slim option with a 5,000mAh battery. It offers Qi2 wireless charging and fast USB-C output.

  • Satoshi: Now that you’re ready to charge, if you want an alternative to Apple’s MagSafe wallet, Satechi has a vegan leather option that doubles as a stand for your iPhone 17.

Stay tuned for more iPhone 17 accessory coverage in the coming months as new products arrive.
