A 5-year-old girl’s mother, killed by an accident accused of drunk driver Frankline via Memorial Day Weekend, is planned.

The driver, accused of a deadly disaster, James Blanchard, 21, was ordered by Franklin for a $ 250,000 cash deposit after his arrest on May 27. An innocent accusation was made in the name of Blanchard.
According to Michael Morrissey, Norfolk County attorney, he is accused of murder of motor vehicles, negligent and intoxicated with alcohol, three driving intoxication and serious bodily injury, negligent driving, motor vehicle with an open alcohol container.
On Tuesday, it was unclear whether additional charges would be faced by the Blanchard case. Boston 25 contacted Morrissey’s office to comment.
At the time of his arrest, prosecutor Christopher Meade said Blanchard told police he had two beer, working in landscape, Saturday, May 24, after a mechanic worked that morning.

Meanwhile, Krisha Patel was held on May 31, based on the girl’s obituary.

The accident remains investigated by the Franklin Police, Norfolk County Law Firm and Massachusetts State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Division.
