The suspect was arrested for the murder of the American Idol music director and her songwriter’s husband, Los Angeles police said Tuesday, even if many questions about the murder remained unanswered.
Sacrifice – Robin Kaye and her husband Thomas Deluca, both 70 – were found to be sentenced to death in their Los Angeles’ home during the prosperity on Monday, the authorities said.
The suspect-22-year-old Raymond Boodarian-allegedly lifted the fence on the property of the Encino and was inside when the victims arrived home, then shot and killed in a “violent fight”, the Los Angeles Police Department Guy Golan told reporters on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Boodarian was arrested in her home Enc, said Golan. It is considered without a collateral, shows online prison records.
Currently, LAPD is making a case for the Los Angeles County lawyer for a taxation decision that may occur on Thursday, the LAPD murder detectives report.

The couple is believed to have been killed on July 10, when the Los Angeles Police Department received two calls about a possible burglary at Enc, after a person was visible by jumping the fence to the property.
Police sources said officers who respond to calls that day could not go home because it is highly reinforced with a 8-foot wall with spikes. The caller who reported when he saw the man jumping over the fence, LAPD provided a state -owned license plate of a possible suspect, when the officers disappeared, according to the ABC News call audio.
The police flew a helicopter and did not see any signs of burglary or other troubles and cleaned the scene, Golan said.
Later, the police reviewed the footage of the police showed that the suspect for a scaling fence and apparently entering an unlocked door, Golan said. The victims arrived home after about 30 minutes, police said.

The victim’s friend called the police on Monday for a welfare check and provided the reacting officers in the main code to get through the gate of the property, Golan said. Officials saw blood in the porch and broke the window to get inside where they found victims with several gunshot wounds, the lieutenant said. They both had gunshot wounds in the head, police said.
Since then, detectives have found a weapon at the suspect’s residence to be tested to determine whether it was an alleged murder weapon, LAPD murder detectives said Wednesday.
According to Golan, the motive remains unclear. He said the house did not look robbed, and from the inside of the house there is no camera footage that shows what was happening.
“We are dealing with many ways to be a motive,” Golan said.
Police do not believe that Boodarian knew the victims and he is not a suspect in any other hacking burglary, police sources said.

LAPD will examine how the police responded to the initial hacking of the theft last week to make sure it was properly handled, Golan said.
According to a representative of the ABC Singing competition, Kaye participated in the American Idol TV show since 2009.
