Former North Ridgeville City School Teacher, sentenced to prison by observing a case involving a Westlake City School Teacher

Cleveland (WJW)-A teacher in the northern Ridgeville city schools, who admitted guilty of his ex-friend’s observation, was amazed to find out that she would be imprisoned, despite the apparent lawyers’ agreement that she should only be probation.

Hannah Freeman of North Ridgeville, 27, was accused of several crimes, including threatening, suffering, suffering, theft and identity fraud, but found guilty at the end of June for showing reduced misconduct for malfunctioning behavior, justice and criminal measures.

Freeman was accused of showing in Westlake Lee’s mouth high school where the victim worked, and on November 7th. Went deep into a man’s vehicle. Freeman, who faced the police that day, said the man called her.

Prosecutors said both had been found, but they divorced a few months earlier and Freeman did not realize that the relationship was over.

According to the study, Westlake City Schools Property noticed a freeman’s Westlake City Schools. Prosecutors admitted that the victim sometimes called her, but he told her that he did not want to see her on November 7th.

Prosecutors said Freeman had taken a backpack out of her husband’s car so that the man could talk to her. According to the study, it contained laptops, his wallet and keys to his apartment and his workplace at school.

Cuyahoga County Judge David Matia called the situation on Thursday “a strange divorce of two professionals”.

Freeman, who was a fourth -grade teacher, Ranger High Tech Academy, after the indictment in November. Was appointed to free administrative leave and eventually did not return to the district, a spokeswoman for the school district said. Her contract with the area expired on 30 June.

“I undoubtedly did the emotions and regret the decision I made that night, and I would take the measures needed to move from this event, and you won’t see me anymore,” Freeman was read before her verdict.

The lawyers have apparently agreed that Freeman would be prescribed probation and would be told to treat mental health.

However, Judge Matia ordered Freeman to carry out the first seven 18 -month probation sentences in Cuyahoga County Prison, which seems to surprise Freeman and her lawyer Michael Kinlin from Elria.

Kinlin immediately moved to removal of Freeman’s fault, saying that the prison time was not part of the agreed sentence.

Judge Matia stated that Kinlin had not met him for a verdict before the case had been heard for the last six months. Kinlin said he could not schedule a meeting for sentences, but admitted that he did not request a judge for a judgment.

“I’m offended, you would make insoye here that I’m not working enough here,” said Judge Matia. “Your bad practice is not my problem.”

Judge Matia also told Freeman to arrest home arrest – with electronic observation and work launch – the first 90 days of her sentence. She was also told not to communicate with the victim and advise mental health consultations on “healthy boundaries”.

Freeman was obviously worried before it was released from the courtroom.
