A former friend of Sean Diddy Combs, who was supposed to testify to him in his criminal case, but mysteriously withdrew a few days before the trial had written a letter to a judge who demanded a COMBSO for the collateral.

The Combs defense asked the court to release it for bail for $ 50 million bond. They said he was not a risk to the community and is not a flight risk.
Last week, they also submitted a proposal for the judge to acquit it completely or submit a new trial, claiming that he had been unfairly prosecuted for the Mann Law, calling his verdict “unconstitutional”.
“This verdict is one, but it should not stand completely,” Alexandra Shapiro, a Combs lawyer, wrote in a 62-page memorandum.
Other witnesses in the case, including Ventura, previously wrote to a judge, wrote letters asking him to remain imprisoned and told the court that they were afraid of their safety if he was released from prison against his sentence.
Combs has been physically brutal with Ventura many times, and photography and video evidence that it was attacked was shown a jury throughout the trial, including 2016. In its decision to deny the Combs deposit immediately after the verdict, the judge mentioned the Combso recognized model of violence in his relationship.
