Earlier this year, at the back of the new Mercedes-Benz Cla, it has just revealed its first new SUV using its latest power platform. Mercedes-Benz GLC with EQ Technology takes the most popular model of the company and gives it electric remodeling.

This replaces the currently unused EQC and provides a huge leap of features and specification from charging and range to information information. This is a direct competitor of the new BMW IX3 (which also shows a new platform) and even borrows feature from a luxurious model inside.

The new GLC is larger than the previous version of the combustion engine, though only a millimeter affair that gives a slight increase in the leg and head in the room. However, due to the new first electrical design, it acquires a front, providing an additional 128 liters of storage under the bonnet for small bags-to 570 liters.

Most importantly, the 94kWh battery can be charged up to 360 kW power speeds, thanks to 800 V architecture with a total range of up to 713 km (443 miles). With fast DC charges, this can mean up to 303 km, adding in just 10 minutes. The system also allows you to charge a two -way direction, so it can be connected to your home to return your energy to your home or network.

Inside the GLC you will find the largest on any Mercedes screen so far. The new Hyperscreen is a 39.1 -inch size, providing a spacecraft -like dash that features matrix background lighting technology and 11 styles from which design can be selected. This is the latest MB.OS to combine artificial intelligence from Google and Microsoft to learn the driver’s attitudes and communicate with the driver using a natural conversation.

There are now more than 40 applications for the MBUX system, including video broadcasting from Disney+and Microsoft meetings to provide video conferences. Hypercreen entertainment information can be paired with an optional Burmester 4D spatial sound system for top -level cinema experience. Dolby Atmos can also be purchased through both integrated apps and CarPlay features.

The Sky Control Panoramic roof option offers a large surface of glass, which can not only move from transparent to opaque in nine selected areas, but can also have a starry sky effect. The glass is integrated with 162 Mercedes star logos to create a star effect. The Rolls-Royce is known for the manual starry panoramic roof, where hundreds of lights are stitched into the roof. This is definitely a more technological version, but no less impressive.
