The burial place of Cleopatra has remained a mystery from her death, but the sinking harbor may be the key to finding it.
-
This port is directly connected to the Taporis Magna Temple, and it is believed that the tomb of Cleopatra can be hidden somewhere in a huge temple complex.

Although no evidence of the grave itself appeared, the royal artifacts have and the search continues.
Cleopatra VII was the last Pharaoh, which has ever ascended to the throne of Egypt. She had political power by communicating with her kingdom with Rome and, at one time, was the richest woman on Earth. She even declared herself a lively incarnation of the goddess Isis. Despite her fame and sadness (she allegedly told her lover Marti Antony to demand an execution for her sister), her tomb was never found.
Rumors spin on her place after the death of Cleopatra about two thousand years ago. It is believed that she and Antony were buried together after Egypt was defeated by Augustus Caesar forces (when it falls on the sword and she reportedly allowed her to take her life deadly), but no body had ever appeared.
This did not prevent the experts from searching. According to the Ministry of Tourism and Antiques, the archaeologist and Cleopatra enthusiast Kathleen Martinez (along with her research team) recently discovered the port in the ocean floor harbor, which was undoubtedly related to the temple, which, Martinez, could regard the body of the sadly famous Queen.
It has long been thought that Cleopatra had been intervening somewhere in her hometown Alexandria, but Martinez had a different idea. She thinks the Queen actually searched for her last rest place in the ISIS temple.
Eventually, Martinez and her team researched the Magna Temple for Osiris, Isis husband and Egyptian king Pantheon. Pharaoh Ptolemy II Philadelph (ancestor of Cleopatra) was built from 280 to 270. Pr. BC. And that’s where Martinez and her team found their port, which just happened underwater.
Thousands of years ago the port stood on land. The coastline was four kilometers (about 2.5 miles) further in Cleopatra, but today it invaded the fact that the port is much more in water than it would have been during construction. Among the remains of the port were columns, cement blocks and polished stone floors. The seabed was filled with anchors and amphora.
Martinez had previously explored the underground tunnel, which led from Tapis Magna to the Mediterranean, which ended in a group of structures, and its team calls Salam 5. The drowning harbor is its extension and adds to the objects previously discovered to become Magna. Previous findings contain coins stamped with Cleopatra profile, bronze figurines, oil lamps, ceramic vessels used in rituals, and limestone vessels. It is still unknown whether Cleopatra’s tomb could also end with submersion and its location is still distracted by Martinez. However, she is determined to continue the search.
