Although the Kvazi-Moons and Mini-Moons can carefully approach our planet, they usually do not affect the risk of the Earth, so 2025 PN7 is not a threat, he added.
Sending missions to investigate the quasi-mons, as the Tianwen-2 is expected to be done with Kamoʻoalewa, it could reveal the true origins and history of these intriguing space rocks-and other options, he said.
