CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid are scheduled to close stores. Hundreds have already closed.

It was a rude stretch of large medicinal chains.

CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid are all in the middle of the mass closure, and Rite Aid has recently filed bankruptcy proceedings for a second time.

The closure of the Mass exceeds the retail pharmacy space, but other companies such as Forever 21, Joann, Macy’s, Denny’s, Bahama Breeze and more announced that they will close places this year.

Here are the latest CVS, Walgreens and Rite AIDs, including how many stores each company plans to close.

Rite Aid announced that she had again submitted the bankruptcy of Chapter 11 on May 5, the second time since 2023. October Bankruptcy cases found that Rite Aid, 316 stores, helped to close.

Rite Aid has customers’ customers for 810 stores, but according to Reuters, did not find 200 other places for the buyer of files. Although the deadline to introduce the Rite Aid pharmacy property offers (May 13), the deadline for submission of the remaining network assets, including the Thrifty Ice Cream business, is June 13, and the auction date is set on June 20.
