When their accusers sat in the courtroom under them, two former coaches of Jefferson district public schools listened to how a lawyer had not introduced accusations of child sexual abuse.

Donnie Stoner did not admit the guilt of 35 sexual abuse fees of four minors in total, including:

11 total rape (nine calculations of third degree, first two numbers);

8 number of sexual abuse;

2 the number of illegal transaction with a minor;

1 number of falsification with physical evidence;

1 Conspiracy to execute an illegal transaction with a minor.
Ronnie Stoner did not admit the guilt of 21 in total sexual abuse of four minors, including:

6 total number of sodomy (three calculations in third degree, three calculations in second degree);

6 Total rape (three calculations in third degree, one number in second degree and two calculations in first degree);

4 number of sexual abuse;
-
3 calculations of an unlawful transaction with a minor;
-
1 conspiracy to execute an illegal transaction with a minor;
In the Kilgore, the indictment was accused of rape of first degree.
“It’s like the first step of the 20 -year -old accountability, so we are very pleased that such a strong accusation has been filed,” one of the accusers who attended the hearing said. “… emotions are really high.”
The Stoner brothers left the courtroom with three bailiffs and on the elevator. Their journalists were not given lawyer Rob Eggert, who represented both detention. Eggert is Donnie Stoner’s legal representation. Ronnie Stoner is still trying to get legal representation.
From 2005 to the present
Donnie and Ronnie Stoner’s staff files received by the Courier Journal through the Kentucky Open Law, the exhibition for the brothers previously known as Ladon and Laron, started training for Evangel Christian for the first time.

2023 July 13th. The JCPS “temporarily removed” Donnie Stoner from his coach’s duties. After 18 days, he was appointed accusations of rape, Sodomia and children’s sexual abuse by a manual student. This trial is scheduled for August 26, which was postponed on March 11.
After February The JCPS confirmed that Donnie Stoner was still working in a area where there were no contact with the students. July 18th The JCPS confirmed that he was no longer allowing the district, but the spokesman Mark Hebert was not sure when the change occurred.
An open record request for Stoner’s resignation or termination letter has not yet been met.
Donnie Stoner has an active criminal case for child sexual abuse with the former manager. Ronnie Stoner and Kilgore had not encountered the previous accusations of sexual abuse of this juvenile group of minors.

The civil action also identifies Ronnie Stoner, as well as manager Michael Newman and Athletics Director David Zuberer, claiming that they “knew or should have known” about Donnie Stoner’s behavior and were negligently employed, trained, care and maintained.
In response to the action, Ronnie Stoner denied the accusations of not “enough knowledge” based on court documents.
In response to the claim, the JCPS stated the Government’s immunity. This is a common statement of the Commonwealth school districts to avoid liability for child sexual abuse, the Courier Journal, which was part of its series Silence & Secrets, which is said to have detected at least 80 Kentucky Secondary and High School coaches over the last 15 years.
Stoner’s case was one of the most prominent cases described in “silence and secrets”.
