  • Musician Nate Smith says he knew

  • Fewer parties and a small number of changes in your diet – for example, eating more protein and replacing coffee order – Smith says people have since lost £ 55.

  • Smith says he hopes to lose more but now is “much happier” and feels better than accustomed

Nate Smith knew he had weight problems.

“I feel that the last few years have become quite difficult for me,” Smith, 39, tells people an exclusive interview from their homes outside. “Every day I would look in the mirror and just felt bad for myself. I was just so depressed and literally, I didn’t like how I looked. I didn’t like how my clothes fit. This is something I was sad for a long time.”

Smith also knew there was a time when he was drinking too much.

“It was blurred last year and last year,” Smith confesses, who in 2022. Appeared on a country music scene with his hit “Whisks On You”.

He says, “I was so often drunk in shows. I tried to find a escape and literally, it was my thing. It was the funniest time of my life, but I didn’t realize I was killing myself. You can’t get sick every day. It has to be a treatment, especially if you want to be here in the long distance.”

However, last fall, fate seems to have been involved in the right moment when a respiratory infection was diagnosed with a patient music hitmaker, which for the first time in a long time pointed out his health.

“I mean that in the morning, Starbucks I like the white mochs,” he laughs, “But I just started to cut Mocha pumps. Then I finally made a vanilla without sugar. Now I’m a sugar -free vanilla without sugar and I don’t even think about it.

Smith says “he does not follow diets” – instead he “just makes little change.”

And due to these little changes, the World on Fire Hitmaker has so far been up to 55 pounds. “I feel like a whole new person,” Smith woke up, who will be going on with a colleague Kantri Music Power Plant Jason Aldean this summer for his entire throttle tour.

Of course, Smith admits that weight battles are in the family for a long time. But in recent years, they have all started fighting. “My mother was like the accusation because she had been making aerobics for many years,” Smith recalls. “And then my brother [social media influencer Kyle Smith, otherwise known as Tasty Shreds] increased protein and low calories and lost 80 pounds. ‘

But everyone is joking that the battle is still very real for the musician.

“I’m still struggling with some eating,” says Smith, quickly pointing to dirty pasta and a cheese pot in my sink from the evening before. “And if I want me to have it. But I want to find a way to do it as a treatment compared to the subject of a lifestyle. If I decide that I have Mac and Cheese, all is well.”

“I’m not even close to my goal,” Smith continues, “but I am much happier where I am, and I feel better as I look. ‘
