The home is also across a small lake from the mansion Wahlberg purchased in October for $32.6 million. The multiple listing service shows the home sold for a total of $37 million. USD, which may happen if other items are included in the transaction, such as furniture or artwork.
Douglas Elliman agent Senada Adzem, who has sold more than a dozen at the privately owned 37-home Stone Creek Ranch, is the listing agent for 9303 Hawk Shadow Lane. The house, named Villa Ananda, was built in 2018. built by owners who are car enthusiasts and associated with Lamborghini.
While there are nine air-conditioned car cabins, Adzem said the expandable lifts can accommodate up to 18 vehicles. The arrivals area of the house was also reserved for race car haulers.

Adzem, who was also the selling agent for the home Wahlberg purchased, said Stone Creek Ranch has developed a reputation as an enclave for the ultra-rich, earning it the nickname “billionaire’s row.”
“It attracts high-profile businessmen and celebrities in both sports and entertainment because of its privacy and security,” she said. “There are a lot of billionaire residents here, whose names are unknown and who own opaque limited liability corporations to stay private.”
Villa Ananda has recently been on the market since September 16th. Adzem October 30 said he showed the house to two celebrities and a wealthy businessman. She declined to comment on their identities.
Billionaire hedge fund manager and New York Mets owner Steve Cohen owns a home in Stone Creek Ranch. Celebrity buyers who have recently toured Stone Creek Ranch include singer-songwriter Alicia Keys and the 2021 Super Bowl contestant The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye.

Soccer star Lionel Messi also looked at Stone Creek Ranch before settling on a Fort Lauderdale home.
The community is approximately 8 miles from the beach and six miles from the Boca Raton Airport, but closer to private schools such as Pine Crest and Saint Andrew’s.
While Palm Beach County has several areas known as “billionaire’s row,” including the town of Palm Beach, Stone Creek Ranch’s rising sales prices are at the top of the market for homes west of I-95 without oceanfront access.

in 2024 in November, a house called Villa Specter was sold for 55 million. The house next door, Casa Maranello, sold for $50.5 million in January.
Both homes were designed by Aldo Stark of Prestige Design Homes, who is reportedly developing a $75 million home in the community.
Other homes for sale on October 31. includes one for 23 million USD, and the other for 47.5 million.
Villa Ananda at 9303 Hawk Shadow Lane was built in 2018. with gardens designed by Boca Raton landscape architect Krent Wieland. Instead of the ubiquitous palm trees, the grounds are planted with Italian cypresses, roses, bougainvillea and Japanese blueberries.
“The owners are big fans of health and wellness,” Adzem said. “They were strategic and thoughtful in building the house.”
