(Texas Results Card) – Attorney General Ken Paxton killed Texas Supreme Court and the fifteenth appellate court for what he described as “a blind political attempt to help fraud” Robert Francis “Bet” O’Rourke.

Paxton accused the organization for fraudulently collecting funds and removal of the “breeze” to Democratic lawmakers who escaped from the state to break the quorum this summer during the first special legislative session.
On Tuesday, the newly established fifteenth appellate court asked the Attorney General’s (OAG) service to respond to a 75 -page petition for the O’Rourke Group’s Mandamm, which sought urgent judicial intervention to prevent court order.
However, OAG was given less than 30 hours.
It is reported that this “impossible term” has forced many OAG employees to suspend all other work to satisfy the request, including “the preparation of emergency aid to extend the time with the fifteenth court, a letter of mandamus in this court and an emergency proposal for a temporary relief in this court.”
Within a few minutes after the OAG submission, his response fifteenth court issued a ruling that detained both the upcoming September 2, and the discovery of this hearing.
After the decision, Paxton moved to X, describing his other actions in detail.
“I urge the Texas Supreme Court to annul the flawed, unprecedented decision to protect Beto O’Rourke,” wrote Paxton. “I will not stop anything to ensure that Beto and its radical organization will be responsible for the full scale of the law.”
OAG then submitted a letter to the Texas Supreme Court stating that such a decision is “unprecedented” and seeks to facilitate.

On Wednesday, Texas Supreme Court dismissed Paxton’s request for benefit.
In response, he again announced X, blasting the entire judicial system.
“What we are currently seeing in Texas is a constitutional crisis organized by activist judges for the Beto-loving Fifteen Court of Appeal,” said Paxton. “Beto said:” F *** Rules “and these unprecedented judges – Scott Bristter, Scott Field and April Farris – help him do it using his illegal bribery scheme.”
Brister, Field and Farris serve as judges in the fifteenth court. All three were appointed by Greg Abbott, Head of Government.
