When the parade was wrapped, the gray minibus turned to the parade road and entered the fan of fans wrapped in his red Liverpool scarves, sweaters and other commemorative gifts. “It was extremely fast,” said Harry Rashid, who was with his wife and two young daughters when the minibus passed. “At first we just heard pop, pop, pop, pop people just dropped the car’s bonnet.”

Rashid said the crowd charged the suspended vehicle and began to break the windows.

“But then he lowered his leg again and just prepared through the rest, he just walked,” Rashid said. “It was horrible. And you could hear the bumps when he went through the people.”

Rashid said it looked conscious.

“My daughter started screaming and there were people on Earth,” he said. “They were just innocent people, just fans to enjoy the parade.”
