The initial report of a paralyzed kitten who was dropped up the stairs was conducting police in the northern state of Ohio, where officials reported that they had found 13 young children living in terrible conditions.

The footage also shows a man responding to the door and allowing the officers to enter the house because the flies are visible, bustling around their place of residence. The man is visible in the video leading to the top where the kittens were found in the room.
In addition, the video depicts children at home who seem to want to take officers to the room at the top, where the kittens reportedly found the condition of the OK.

Officials find an insect infection, many bug bites, stools on the floor
According to the arrest statement, officials found that children suffering from bug bites and several insect contamination while at home, without a working toilet or shower, no food in the kitchen and people and animals in the floor.
Children “appeared dirty as if they had not been bathing in days”, accusing the documents submitted to the Toledo Court Secretary.
Without conditions at home, the police found an animal that seemed to be not supervised, the complaint continues.
All the suspected circumstances “pose a risk to their health and security,” the officials wrote.
“These children did not register it,” says the officer, who responded to the door during the body camera footage.

Police arrested family members Angel Lambert, 32; Cassandra Lambert, 27; and 28 -year -old angel Oliveri, taking into account the case based on the arrest statement.
Internet records of the Lucas County Sheriff Bureau show that all three persons have suffered from many accusations of the risk of children’s welfare.
The online court records do not show lawyers listed for three people.
