The head of the Ajova School resigns until he disputes his deportation order, says his legal team

Roberts submitted a letter of resignation of his lawyer rather than challenged his termination.

“Because of his concern for his 30,000 students, Dr. Roberts does not want to distract the board, educators and staff focus on the training of DMPS students,” Parrish wrote in a letter.

At a press conference, Parrish said Roberts was “a huge defender of the community.”
