The woman dies after an unsuccessful armed robbery in Las Cruces Park

El Passport, Texas (KTSM). A 19-year-old woman who died after last month’s shooting near Las Cruces Park, with two other men in a conspiracy to execute an armed robbery that made a mistake based on court documents received by KTSM.

As previously reported by KTSM, 19-year-old Julia Clark was killed during a shooting on Thursday afternoon, September 4, near Salopek Park in Las Cruces. Another 19-year-old man whose name was not revealed was also shot but suffered life-threatening injuries.

Shooting near Las Cruces Park leaves two injured victims

According to court documents, Clark, along with 19-year-old Esteban Munozu and 18-year-old Elijah Sambran, planned to hide the victim and to steal a weapon in Apolinar Rosales Park, 18.

In search of Clark’s mobile phone, the authorities found texts that allegedly explain the robbery plan.

Suspect, arrested in Las Cruces, which remained 1 dead, one more injured

The texts discussed how Clark followed his place and renewed Sambrano with everything she did. According to court documents, Sambran also told you where to go, where to build, the reasons why you want to go to the park and what to do after the robbery.

The plan began with Clark to take the victim and Rosales to Anthony, Texas, and buy a firearm.

Rosales stated that the victim had asked him to go with him because he did not trust Clark because he was friends with the persons “who did not like” according to court documents.

After they bought a firearm, Clark demanded that they stop in Salopek Park “Smoking” and that’s where Ambush happened.

The victim stated that when Clark stopped and built a jeep driven by Jeep, the white Chrysler 300 stood behind them, and two men left the arms in the hands of court documents.

According to court documents, one of these men stood near the passenger side of Jeep, where the victim sat and told the victim to give him everything he had. The victim threw the weapon he just purchased from the vehicle to Sambran, then heard a pistol and saw Rosales a jeep in front.

The victim fell into the seat, then felt leg pain and saw that he was shot. He then looked around and saw Clark crossed.

The victim panicked and quickly left the vehicle and began asking for a suspect man who was nearby help. The victim stated that he thought he was shot by the man he was the one he found and knew as “Elijah” based on court documents.

After the Chrysler men fled the vehicle, Rosales said he had to leave because he was shooting back and started walking.

The witness erected in the park filed a statement and said he had seen a man carrying a black black, which included a face covering and a hood attached near where it was based on court documents.

According to court documents, the witness saw Chrysler behind the jeep and two men left him. He also saw two men who had left the vehicle in a jeep, as if four were going to fight. Then the squat was visible as the men approached the men who came out of the jeep and started shooting them.

The witness said the man wearing a red shirt that came out of Jeep began shooting back and saw the woman and another man was shot.

Two Chrysler men, as well as a man carrying everyone in black, entered the vehicle and escaped from the scene. The witness also stated that the “Red T -shirt” man asked him to help a shot friend and then ran on the basis of court documents.

Clark, who was shot in the head, was taken to the El Paso University Medical Center, where she died on September 6, based on LCPD.

Munoz, Sambran and Rosales were arrested for this shooting.

Third suspect arrested in Fatal Las Cruces shooting

Munoz has been charged with armed robbery and a conspiracy to execute an armed robbery; Sambran is accused of calculating serious batteries, which can cause death or bodily injury and falsify evidence; The LCPD says Rosales is accused of criminal activity of voluntary murder and fake evidence and misconduct with resistance or obstacle.
