The construction of the new home continues through the southwest Florida, and the Collier County coincides with two major I-75 exchange updates: US/SR 951 (exit 101) and the first county different diamond in the construction of Pine Ridge Road (107 exit).
Thousands of houses, one family and apartment buildings were approved at the planning stages or were built in the largest county of the state of Florida with 1,997 square miles. Most accessible land is in the north and east, and growth is pushing that way.
What are the Collier County communities, built or planned?

The Golden Gate Estates, a huge residential area in the eastern Collier County, offers large areas of 1 to 10 ares. The population of the Golden Gate community is estimated to live around 30,000 based on the World Citizens Review. It is expected to be built of more than 54,000 inhabitants with a density of about 1 person per acre.

The proposed community, called Bellmar, consists of three villages, including a brand new city, and it was approved at the county level as many as 8,350 houses in the Eastern Collier County at the Golden Gate estates. Collier Enterprises received some of the necessary local and state permits in the village village east of the Golden Gate Manors. The creator still needs what is called chapter 404, or the landing of the wetland under the Clean Water Act to begin construction.

As many as 2111 luxury homes and villas of one family and villas built along 951/Collier Boulevard Corridor villages, seven shores, Tamarind and Summerlit communities can be built on the north side of the Collier Boulevard.

EKOS ON COLLIER is offered by a rental community that would be 100% accessible and for the necessary staff such as teachers, police officers, firefighters and other “civil servants”, including county workers, as well as seniors and veterans.

Auxiliary residential institution with a memory supervisory unit and an independent living community will add 339 units to the area through Marquies and Watercrest independent life. Both will be 951 and Rattlenake Hammock.

Minto Communities started sales in the final stage of the Collier Preservation Isles, which will eventually have 1,825 Buildout homes. Located in 5445 Tsaribe Ave., right next to us 41/Tamiami trail to the east, the islands are in the 17th phase, which will add 229 homes.

Corkscrew Road and State Road 82, Collier, Lee and Hendry Countess intersection Alico Inc. comes out of citrus business and development. A publicly traded company, based on Fort Myers, plans two villages, which will eventually have a community of 3,000 acres of masters with about 9,000 homes.

The Greenway Fritchey has two communities offered in two different 229.1 ares of property in the northeastern Greenway and Fritchey road intersection, about half a mile north of the tamt trail to the east. The community, if approved, would build 5.72 housing units per acre for a total of 1,300 houses. Planned residential development involves partnership with Habitat for Humanity to create an affordable labor housing.

The Gulf Bay Cos is located in Naples. The project includes 225 restrictions of rental units for affordable and labor housing.

The new subdivision of the dwelling house is about what is now the agricultural zone land-341 Sabal Palm Road-, if approved, would be allowed to develop up to 423 one family and towns and towns in 2.5 units in about 169 stakes near Picayune State Forest. These assets have been a place of citrus grove for decades.
