Judge Peter Kubota stopped three 46 cases against Penn last Wednesday until the former UFC champion was on a mental examination on January 9th.

Through Hawaii News now that the news first reported:

If Penn is not suitable for continuing, he will be committed to the custody of the state and will be placed in a suitable treatment facility.

If the examiner determines that Penn is not responsible for a criminal, but suitable for continuing, Penn could use it as a defense if his case is pending in court. If this happens, the judge or the jurors may admit Penn guilty, innocent or innocent of insanity.

Both Penn and his lawyer tried to convince the judge not to order the exam.

“Maybe three times you said, ‘Mr Penna, I know you’re a smart man. I just think you should get a lawyer for all different legal things,” Penn said. “So how did I move from a smart man to a mental health exam?”

Judge Jeffrey NG gave Penn’s mother Lorraine Shin, a one -year security order against Penn in late August, which prevents her son from contacting the imposition.

Penn has published several reports of his social media accounts in recent years, which he believes has been replaced by imposing members of his family with a special attention to his mother.

In the initial SHIN application for a restraint order, she said the model of her son’s behavior was worrying. After returning from the trip in early May, Shin said that many of his belongings had noticed “such as clothes, shoes, jewelry, personal belongings” and even her bed was removed from her bedroom. She said Shin submitted a police report after Penn denied picking up the items, and a few days later her wallet “with my driver’s license, credit card and my safe locks” were also stolen.

Shin stated that Penn then stolen his mail and aggressively lit a flashlight on the face of May 25th. At night when he collided. In order to prevent her from calling the police, Shin claimed that Penn “grabbed my hands and pushed me to the 4 -door gray sedan, which I felt sharp back pain,” so she was screaming at the younger Penn brother’s reagan. Finally, Penn was arrested and told to distance himself from her mother’s home for 48 hours, but Shin said she had caught Penn the next day. As a result, Penn was again arrested for violation of the police order.
