We are a choice Florida-and we trust David Jolly to defend our rights

We are Floridians who are actively determined to ensure reproductive rights in Florida and we enthusiastically support David Jolly Governor.

He firmly believes: “Among the women and their doctors, not politicians, should be made decisions on reproductive health care.” He wants to bring Roe against Wade protection, just like more than 57% of Florida voters who voted for 4 amendment last November last year.

David Jolly told us, “I voted for 4 amendment. As a governor, I try to pass the 4 amendment law. I support Roe. I am a choice. And I, as your governor, I veto any laws that would limit reproductive health care in Florida.”

ROE is a case of the United States Supreme Court, which initially determined the right to abortion and was annulled in 2023. By the Supreme Court ruling. Jolly was not always a supporter of an abortion rights. When he was in Congress many years ago, he supported the position of abortion. But since then he changed his mind.

He was eventually raised in a culture where he condemned an abortion. However, when confronted with tangible and tragic damage caused by the restrictive policy of abortion, his attitude has changed. It is now firmly firmly fulfilled by empathy, ethical considerations and its attitude towards the right role of government.

What? A politician who changed his mind to behave right? Isn’t what we all want? Well, that’s definitely what we want.

Jolly’s position is exactly followed by a 4 amendment speech: “No law prohibits, punishable, delay or restricts abortion against vitality or, if necessary, to protect the patient’s health as determined by the patient’s health care provider.” This language is the same ROE before wade codification that Jolly supports.

We believe that Jolly is admired by the one who wanted to change his mind after faced with the realities of the movement of abortion and its disastrous effects for those who need abortion but cannot get them. None of us will support him today unless he realized that his previous position on the reproductive choice was wrong.

Jolly promises that he will rule on his values based on “love, kindness, respect and dignity.” He says there are three basic principles governing his decisions:

The Florida economy should operate in the state.

Florida laws and politics should be applied equally to everyone.

The personal freedoms of all florides must be protected.

These values and principles only state support for reproductive rights.

We trust David Jolly for reproductive rights. But this is not a single edition race. We also support his position on other issues that he and we consider critical Florida: the affordability of housing, property insurance and health care, strengthening and improving public education, and allowing our state universities to flourish without government interference.

If we cannot agree that politicians can change their mind when they realize that they are wrong, we are seeking a management that none of us want. Jolly is a person who will live and manage the same values and principles that we all support.

That’s why Miami-Dade in such Maribel Balbin, Cindy Lerner and Jennifer Stearns Buttrick, such as Maribel Balbin, Pro-Choice Women’s leaders, joins the reproductive freedom champions throughout our state, such as Mona Reis, Susan Windmiller Judge Barbara Parien, saying: We trust the reproduction rights of David Jolly.
