The iPhone will easily attach to the front portion of the charger as long as the phone is removed beforehand or you have a magnetic phone case on the device before placing it on the angled front. The station itself has a small cable, measuring 3.3 inches long, that plugs into an outlet at the back, so while the charger itself needs to be plugged in to work, it’s much less cluttered and designed to be out of the way. It’s this power source that actually helps the charging station charge 30% faster than any single device plugged into the wall with a cable and charging pad would. The 18W charging power can fully charge devices in two to four hours.
