“I am a very positive and outgoing person, but I think it has come a bit over the years because I was ashamed,” she said. “I feel like I finally came back to myself. It was really nice.”

Her favorite food to eat on the road is:

  • Eggs: Although in other countries it may sometimes be difficult to get certain foods, there is one food she can always expect – eggs. “My No. 1 is eggs in the morning, I will go to a kind of omelette,” she said.

  • Fruits and vegetables like apples and carrots: Sula likes to shop in local markets and grocery stores with fresh products.

  • Deli meat: It can get most of her snacks like turkey slices and fresh vegetables, almost every grocery store. “I prefer Turkey just because it is a bit healthy,” she said. “I’ll go to the Deli counter at the grocery store and let them cut for me.” It will usually eat four to six slices paired with roasted vegetables and a piece of fruit.

  • Protein cocktails: Not all protein brands are available abroad, so the juice is not picky. “If I am in the UK, I like to drink ufit, and if I am in Montenegro, I will drink a protein zott,” she said.

“My training schedule is very flexible,” she said. “I am really not going to the gym. I have the weights I use at home and I watch Youtube training videos.”

“If I’m somewhere for more than a week, I can go swimming, so I have to find a hotel gym,” she added. It usually costs about $ 5 per visit.
