Jackson announced his son’s death a day after the tragic incident on Facebook. TMZ reported that he posted a lengthy message about his grief and sadness, revealing that Ethan was found unresponsive in his home and pronounced dead.
Ethan was 52 when he died, leaving the earth nearly 50 years after his mother, Phyllis Major, committed suicide in 1976 when he was just a toddler. Jackson held his son in high esteem, once boasting that he’s a great father and son in a 2022 interview.
