Kimmel suspension could motivate ABC Station Shooter, says prosecutors

A man accused of shooting ABC branch station in Sacrament, California, could be motivated by Jimmy Kimmel, the host of the Talshow Network, on Friday, prosecutors say.

There is “indirect evidence” that 64 -year -old Anibal Hernandez Santana had a “political motive” shooting, said Thien Ho, a Sacramento County lawyer. “Here are some of the signs that the shooting of the ABC news station shooting was a political kind,” Ho noted.

The county prosecutor noted that Hernandez allegedly “chose a very special goal and with… certificates that he left” along with a temporary suspension of Kimmel, “there is indirect evidence that this person is a politically motivated crime.”

The statement is made as Kimmel had to return to its Late Night TV hosting on Tuesday, although the Sinclair, which owns many ABC Broadcast branches, said it would not be displayed.

Kimmel criticized Trump’s administration’s reaction to the murder of the right youth organizer Charlie Kirk Utah. For his part, the chairwoman of the Federal Communications Commission, who is loyal to Donald Trump, threatened to grab ABC branch broadcasting licenses if the network does not take against Kimmel.

According to a federal complaint filed on Monday by the US law firm in Sacrament, Hernandez wrote a note stating a late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, a former friend of Trump-and-High-level presidential administration “otherwise” and appealing to FTI Director Kash Patel.

The complaint alleges that by searching for Hernandez’s home and vehicle searches, law enforcement discovered a weekly planner attached to his refrigerator.

According to “Friday,” was a handwritten inscription saying, “Do another terrible thing.” Law enforcement also found a handwritten note in his car, “Hide epishene and ignore red flags. Don’t support Patel, Bongino and Ag Pam Bondi.” They are nearby. “CC from above”.

For the first time, state authorities arrested Hernandez associated with Gunfire KXTV. He was then arrested by the FBI shortly after he was released on a deposit on Saturday.

On Monday, federal prosecutors accused Hernandez for releasing a firearm in the school zone and hindering the radio station at the school zone.

Prosecutors say that Hernandez fired three shots through the window to the KXTV lobby – and one of the street in the “direction” of the street, which is close to school.

The demonstration took place for the KXTV offices at the day.

Hernandez’s statement states that his client is entitled to the right process. “He is innocent unless he is found differently,” said lawyer Mark Reichel. He said Hernandez would not admit to the guilty of both state and federal cases against him. A preliminary detention meeting on Thursday.

Hernandez’s court documents describe as a former political lobbyist. He reportedly worked for more than two decades as a proponent of the legislation of health care, tribal and work interests and other organizations.

ABC patronizing company Disney officials said Monday that Jimmy Kimmel Live! Would return to Airwaves and explain that it had made “the decision to stop the show show to avoid further stressful situations in our country.”

“This is the decision we make because we thought some comments were inappropriate and therefore insensitive,” the report said. “We spent the last days thinking about Jimmy, and after those conversations we made the decision to return the show on Tuesday.”

It is claimed that the Hernandez station is dismissed from the tag, not the Sinclair. Sinclair and Nexstar said they would prevent Kimmel’s appearance on its ABC branches before the temporary suspension set by the network.

It was not immediately clear whether the Nexstar would follow the sample of Sinclair, when the Kimmel suspension was completed.
