A man of assistant director of the Columbus City School will help nearly 20 years in prison after he admitted to being a serial abuser in Linden district for more than a decade.

Andy Miller, Judge of the Franklin Regional Court, was executed in trial when Davis decided to submit the basis of guilt on 29 August. As part of the agreement Miller convicted Davis at least 17 years in prison. Davis’ time in prison could be extended to 22.5 years, taking into account his behavior until he is imprisoned.
After the release from prison, Davis will have to register as a 3rd pillar sex offender who is something convicted of a major crime for a sex crime and is considered a high risk of repeatedly. He will have to register his place of residence in law enforcement every 90 days of life, and the residents of his address will receive a notice of its presence.

Davis’ wife Marcia Davis also faces accusations of obstacles to justice and the intimidation of the victim or witness. According to the court, she paid women to accuse her husband of a sexual assault to prevent her from going to the police.
The court’s records say Davis and her husband exchanged text messages with comments about faith in loyalty, but without receiving her, as well as her husband’s comments on women “for the real” and the money given to them.
Davis, 56, is currently “assigned to home” status with Columbus schools, where she is an assistant principal at the World Call High School. She did not show up at the hearing of her husband’s punishment, but is scheduled to be seized on 5 September.

According to court, Michael Davis selected female sex service providers, women looking for drugs or both while driving a GMC Sierra Denali truck. Davis took the woman to her Earl Avenue’s house or nearby mothers where he would follow them against their will, says court records, threatening them and holding a knife, forcing them to engage in sexual actions.
According to court records, Davis said one of the files against him when he executed two additional rape and kidnapping. At least one of the victim’s detectives said that “Linden’s abuser” was the one who attacked her and that Davis was known in the area by that name.
More than 75 videos found on Davis mobile phone have shown that he is engaged in sexual behavior with women, according to court records. Some videos have shown that women who have obviously experienced disaster or begged to be launched according to court data, and in other videos, women were told “forced to look like consensus”.
“This accused is due to many brutal and violent crimes,” said Thomas Vaccar, Assistant to Franklin District Prosecutor. “His actions were calculated, predatory and not compassion.”
Vaccaro said Davis was plundering the dignity of innocent women and humanity, and his behavior “shocked consciousness.”
“These were not isolated cases,” Vaccar said. “It was a thoughtful, permanent campaign of violence against a vulnerable woman.”
Davis was charged with rape and abduction at least four times from 2002 to 2020. In two cases, Davis found guilty of general sexual admission. The judge dismissed one case and the other Davis was found guilty in court.
Davis did not make a statement through his sentence, asking Miller whether he could “speak openly” without influencing the recommended punishment. After consulting his lawyers, Davis refused to give more comments.
