Las Vegas (Class) – The Senator of the Democratic Nevada State is confronted with an accusation after Las Vegas Metro police found him sleeping at the roof, 8 news now learned.
Police arrested Edgar Flores, a 39 -year -old state elder on Friday morning around 3 p.m. Near the junction of Lake Lamb and Mead at the intersection of the Boulevard suspected DUI. According to the documents that the 8 news now received, Flores told police that he had drank 24 ounces of beer that night before.
The official noted that Flores was stopped in the “driveway” and “travel lane” and “showed gloomy eyes, slow speeches, delayed answers and confusion,” the documents state.
Flores was later reserved to the Clark County Detention Center for misconduct for the misconduct. Flores was not accused of a crime, and according to state law, it was allowed to leave a prison after the blood pickup, not declared a collateral or did not see the judge.

He said Flores was convinced that he could not face the Dui accused when the attempts were completed – a process that could take months. Flores added that the breathing test showed that it was not impaired, but the documents state [standard field sobriety tests] unsatisfactory ”.
