Even Pikachu knows that every good adventure starts with a hearty meal!

Less than a month after budding Pokémon Trainers Liko and Roy began their unforgettable journey together in Pokémon Horizons: The SeriesThe Pokémon Company International has announced that the next batch of episodes of the anime will officially premiere on May 10th on Netflix.

And to celebrate the good news, Entertainment Weekly has a treasure trove of exclusive photos to give viewers an idea of ​​what to expect from the upcoming installment, including an adorable image of Pikachu making off with as much fruit as his little paws can hold.

When viewers last caught up with Lico and Roy, the pair—along with their friends Freyde, Captain “Cap” Pikachu, and the rest of the crew aboard the airship Brave Olivine—had charted a course for the Galar region in hopes of finding Lico’s grandmother. who presents her with a mysterious locket, as well as the rest of the legendary Pokemon that belong to the ancient adventurer Lucius.

Now, a press release has revealed that the upcoming episodes will follow Lico and Roy — plus their Pokémon partners Sprigatito and Fuecoco, respectively — as they search for “the truth about the legendary ancient adventurer and his Pokémon known as the Six Heroes” while doing their best to you avoid the sneaky explorers.

Along the way, Roy and Fuecoco find a new Pokémon partner, but an attack from the Explorers leaves Lico and Sprigatito feeling lost. Later, Dot and Quaxley reunite, Roy and his Pokemon receive special training, and Friede reveals how he met Captain Pikachu,” the announcement reads. “And when Brave Olivine finally lands in Galar, friends old and new await—along with fiery challenges from the Gym Leader and one seriously angry Galarian Moltres!”

And based on EW’s exclusive photos alone, it looks like it’s going to be an exciting adventure. In one shot, Freyde, Roy, and Liko can be seen standing behind a battered Charizard on a rocky battlefield. In another image, the dragon Pokemon can be seen facing off against Ceruledge, who is known to be the Pokemon partner of the villainous explorer Ametio.

Other snapshots also reveal more lighthearted moments, such as one where Cap can be seen proudly posing as Liko, Roy, Fuecoco and Sprigatito cheer him on in the background. In another, Sprigatito confirms that he is indeed too cute for this world by happily throwing his paws in the air.

And as it turns out, Pikachu isn’t the only Pokemon thinking about food. Another photo reveals Roy looking nervous as Fuecoco peeks out from behind him to look at a really massive sandwich. Considering Fuecoco’s seemingly endless stomach has gotten the whole gang into trouble in the past, they better watch out!
