Montana Music Scene 2024: Concerts You Can’t Miss!

Montana Music Scene 2024: Concerts You Can’t Miss!

There are so many great concerts happening in Montana in 2024 that you’ll be on the road every day trying to get to them. Some of the biggest musical artists tour Montana, in both our biggest and smallest venues.

We have listed only a small sample of great concerts you’ll be able to see in Big Sky Country this year. The great thing is that some small towns in Montana get fantastic shows…not just the big cities and typical places.

Get ready for lots of live music and maybe some road trips in Montana this year. Concerts are good for the soul and we have SO many to come. Start saving the coins for gas and goods.

Keep this in mind many more concert announcements to be made in the coming weeks. Some of the cooler, smaller venues (perhaps rustic, open-air) don’t book shows as early as larger, more established venues. We will update this list with more concerts as they are announced.

Pro tips for concert travel in Montana: Everyone knows that the most important advice is to go with the flow and have fun. You are with your friends, going to see live music somewhere in Montana. A good attitude and some patience make everything good.

If you are staying overnight in a town in Montana, most of them have shuttles to their locations. For example, Kettlehouse Amphitheater performances have excellent transport which you can take to and from downtown Missoula to the venue. The Old Saloon in Emigrant usually offers transportation as well.

A few places even offer some form of accommodation, although it’s better to book this far in advance. Pine Creek Lodge in Paradise Valley south of Livingston has several different options. (They’re called crash pads, houses, and canvas tents.)
