2Dolly Parton’s version of Tom Petty’s Southern drawl

Dolly Parton’s reimagined version of her friend and fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Tom Petty’s “Southern Accents,” from the upcoming Petty Country: A Celebration of Tom Petty’s Country Music, is released today along with the CBS Mornings music video premiere as part of the show’s “What to Watch” segment. “I’ve been lucky enough to get to know Tom over the years,” Parton reflected. “He’s such an iconic artist and an important songwriter. I am so honored to be a part of this special album and to be able to share my version of one of Tom’s best songs, ‘Southern Accents’.

3Luke Bryan

Luke Bryan drops a new song today across all digital platforms, “Love You, Miss You, Mean It.” He premiered the track in late February, performing it during the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville at Universal Music Group’s annual luncheon Nashville and then shared the performance with fans on social media. “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” written by Rhett Akins, Ben Hayslip, Jordan Minton and Jacob Rice.

“That song was special from the first time I heard it,” Luke said. “I knew it would resonate. It’s about young love and the whole process of trying to make relationships work through the on and off cycles. My wife and I went through this journey during college and I know a lot of people out there did too.

4Lachie Kay Booth

Laci Kaye Booth’s haunting new song, “Sometimes,” is out today via Geffen Records.

Of the song, a raw reflection of heartbreak, Booth shares, “’Sometimes’ is a song I wrote four years ago, under a full moon, in the middle of isolation. There was a longing for some freedom in that moment that I think you can feel in the song. It feels free and nostalgic. My dear friends Ben West and Melissa Pierce helped me bring it to life. After four tough years, I’m glad it’s finally time to shine.”

5Sam Hunt

Sam Hunt releases his Locked EP today. The four-song project features Hunt’s current Top 5 hit “Outskirts,” the title track “Locked Up,” plus two new songs, “Country House” and “Last Hurrah.” Hunt co-wrote three of the four songs and enlisted fellow songwriters Ross Copperman, Zach Crowell, Jeremy Flowers, Luke Laird, Michael Lotten, Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne for the project.

6Bryce Leatherwood

Bryce Leatherwood just released The One My Daddy Found. Written by Leatherwood alongside Lynn Hutton and Chris Dubois, The One My Daddy Found finds Leatherwood reflecting on his parents’ 25-year love story, noting all the qualities of their relationship that he aspires to in his own life.

“The relationship between my parents is one that I’ve always admired and has served as a foundation for what I hope my future will look like,” Leatherwood shares of the song’s inspiration. “I wouldn’t be where I am without my parents supporting my music career and to thank them I wanted to give them a song that captures how important they are to me.”

electrifying artist Mac McAnally has released his highly anticipated new tracks “Oysters and Pearls” and “All The Way Around”.

“Oysters and Pearls” is a breathtakingly beautiful tune co-written by McAnally and Jimmy Buffett. Buffett released the song earlier and McAnally pays tribute to Buffett by staying true to the infamous island, tropical sound while using his unique vocals to add a sense of soulfulness and emotion to the soulful track.
