Taylor Swift is having the moment of all moments.

Not only did she recently become a billionaire thanks to her latest album, her romance with Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs is the talk of the town.

More and more industries are using Taylor’s golden touch – including the world of fitness.

Perhaps the most exciting development for Swifties is the latest series of Taylor-themed workouts offered by exercise bike mega-brand Peloton.

Launching today are 11 new, high-energy spin workouts on the brand’s app, all to the tune of Swift’s recently reissued album, 1989 — which features hits like Shake It Off and Bad Blood.

TikTokers search for hundreds of thousands of Taylor Swift fitness classes, while exercise bike brand Peloton offers a full day of workouts filled with the star’s biggest hits

But Peloton isn’t the only fitness brand taking inspiration from Taylor.

On TikTok, hundreds of young women share snippets of their unconventional workouts that look more like a college party than exercise.

There’s something for everyone: spinning, aerobics, weight lifting and even yoga. Here’s DailyMail.com’s pick of the best to try…

TAYLOR’S ALL DAY BIKE BRAND

PRICE: $2,500 for an exercise bike and from $12.99 for a monthly prescription

On Nov. 2 and 3, 2.99 million people with a subscription to the Peloton app, which offers virtual workouts, can access a full schedule of 11 classes with a Taylor Swift soundtrack.

Starting at 9.30am EST with Pilates and including yoga, weightlifting and the infamous Peloton rides, you can participate with or without the expensive exercise bike.

Peloton offers 11 new classes related to Taylor Swift’s latest reissue, 1989 (Taylor’s Version). They will be available on demand a few hours after the live training ends

Sessions will be available on demand a few hours after the live classes – with unlimited access.

HIIT TRAINING NATIONWIDE

PRICE: From $28 per class or $199 for 10 classes

Orange Theory Fitness attracts millions across the country with its unique one-hour classes featuring rowing, cycling and weight training.

And now a number of their 1,500 branches nationwide are offering a version of their interval training workout that’s set to Taylor Swift’s greatest hits.

Some local gyms have even given customers the experience for free: In April, the Eleanor Tinsley Park branch in Houston advertised a free Taylor Swift-themed class in honor of the star’s Era tour.

YOGA FLOW TO THE LATEST ALBUM

PRICE: $119 for four classes in one month

If yoga is more your thing, boutique studio Y7, which has branches in New York, Los Angeles and Austin, sets some of its vinyasa (fast-paced combinations) classes to Swift’s last reissued album, 1989.

Open to all levels, their We Flow Hard Vinyasa classes feature three sets of movements repeated three times and gradually increasing in tempo.

The 3rd Avenue location in New York is currently promoting a 1989 themed We Flow Hard yoga class on the fitness app Classpass.

PARTY SPINA’S CLASS

° СOST: From $22 per class

TikTok is awash with Swifties offering glimpses of their fun-filled spinning lessons — hitting the pedals while waving their arms to Taylor’s tunes.

Many of them were filmed at Cycle Bar — which has more than 200 locations in the U.S. and offers a choice of 45-, 60-, or 75-minute spin classes.

All classes are set to high-energy pop music—including Taylor Swift songs if you sign up for one of their themed workouts.

Each ride is a mix of hill climbs, sprints, arm exercises using barbells and a stretch for the finish.

TAYLOR’S DIY TREADMILL WORKOUT

PRICE: From $79.99 for a home treadmill or from $40 per month for a gym membership

If you don’t feel like a group class, TikTok influencer Ali Bennett has a solution for you. In April, the North Carolina-based content creator invented a Taylor Swift-themed treadmill workout that went viral, garnering more than 3 million views.

Taylor Swift’s treadmill workout by TikToker Allie Bennett went viral last year, reaching more than 3 million views. The 30-minute routine involves increasing the tempo in line with the increasing tempo of the songs

Bennett’s routine includes walking and running at varying tempos — along with a playlist of songs at varying tempos.

She advises starting by listening to Taylor’s 2019 hit “The Man” and increasing the speed by 1 mph each time the song changes.

Set the treadmill to “whatever incline” you like, although Bennett usually starts at an incline of eight and then lowers it to one as he runs.

A set of Taylor-themed workout playlists are now available on the influencer’s website.
