Carson Kressley it may not pack easily, but it has everything one might need while traveling — including fake candles and equestrian gloves.

Kressley, 54, opened her Louis Vuitton handbag exclusively with Us Weekly to share her travel must-haves. The RuPaul’s Drag Race the judge pulled out over 50 items he considered essential, from practical accessories to essential comfort.

Kresley is an avid horse enthusiast and lifelong rider, so it’s no surprise that his love of horses flows into his travel tips and must-haves.

Kresley may be a candle lover, but he needs to make the necessary adjustments to maintain the atmosphere while on the go.

“Most hotels won’t let you have a candle because they don’t want you to burn the joint, [so] I ordered these little battery operated candles,” he said. “Instant atmosphere and [they’re] so safe and you don’t have to lug a candle around.

Kressley added, “By the way, the TSA hates candles. If you have a candle in your bag, you will be stopped. If you have a battery-operated tea light, everything is smooth sailing. Please.”

“I always wear two baseball caps,” Kressley said Us. “I have black and white and I know they will go with everything.”

Kressley always has note cards on hand to thank friends for their hospitality while traveling.

“You can stay at someone’s house and you have to send them a thank you note,” he said Us. “I leave it in the mailbox before I leave, and the next morning they’re like, ‘How did it get there so fast?’
