“Happy birthday to our ray of sunshine Talia.

“Time really flies when you’re having fun 🩷.”

In one photo, Thalia and her mother smile for the camera, wearing perfectly matching wavy blonde hair.

In another, Talia poses with her mother and father John Dunlop.

Fellow star friends rushed to wish Thalia a happy birthday.

“Happy birthday Noodles!” current Sunrise co-host Nat Barr wrote.

Other followers said they remember Melissa being pregnant with Talia during Sunrise.

“Oh my god was it so long ago when you were pregnant on the sunrise show … it makes me feel OLD!” one follower wrote.

“Happy 20th birthday Talia, you are as beautiful as your mother. Have a nice day.”

“I remember your pregnancy with her!!” wrote another.

“I was a young mother with a baby at the time and I watched Sunrise because it made me feel like someone else got up (early) with me.”

“My daughter also turned 20 this year ❤️ and her name is Tali, fun!”

“Stunning as a mother and I’m sure an amazing person as a mum,” wrote another.

“I hope you had a great day.”

Talia was also wished a happy birthday by World Vision Australia, the organization for which her mother is an ambassador.

Last year, Melissa took Talia on her first World Vision trip to Kenya.

“It’s just been a really important part of my life and my two kids have heard me talk about what I’m doing,” she told 7Life of the trip (she also has a 21-year-old son, Nick).

“The pictures of our sponsored kids are on the fridge — it’s always been a big part of our family as far as talking about why we do it and what it means.

“I took Nick to Mongolia when he was 11; he was probably too young to remember much of it, but hopefully he absorbed a lot of it by osmosis.

Then it was Talia’s turn and they started planning a trip to Kenya, but COVID hit and the plan was put on hold.

They finally made the trip in November 2022, and it opened Talia’s eyes to a whole new world.

“It’s something really precious and special to me, and the thought of sharing it with my family meant so much,” Melissa said.

“I think for Thalia it was about understanding why I’d been away over the years on various trips.

“Because as a working parent, as a mother, leaving your children at home when you’re at work is always difficult, especially when they’re young.

“I’ve always wanted them to understand why I was gone – it wasn’t like I was just going around the world shopping.

“I was trying to do something that would change the future of other children.

“I just felt like I had to show her why it mattered so much.”

To celebrate her 20th birthday, World Vision wrote: “Happy birthday Talia!” adding a cake emoji and balloons.

Others were simply captivated by the resemblance between mother and daughter.

“Mini Me!” one fan wrote.

“Beautiful, just like her mother,” said another.

“What a beautiful girl,” agreed a third.

“Like mother like daughter.

“Enjoy the festivities.”
