REVOLUTIONARY SAINTSthe lineup led by TRAVEL vocalist/drummer This Castronovowill release a new album “Against the Winds”on February 9, 2024 via Frontiers Music Srl.

The next 2023 “Eagle Flight” sees Castronovo joined again by fellow rockers bassist Jeff Pilson (known for his work with A FOREIGN MAN and THE DOCKER) and guitarist Joel Hoekstra (on WHITE SNAKE and NIGHT RANGER).

REVOLUTIONARY SAINTS was originally conceived by Serafino Peruginopresident and head of A&R at Bordersto showcase the remarkable vocal talents of Castronovo. While Castronovo has always been respected as a drummer, those who noticed his background vocals and witnessed his lead vocal performances during TRAVEL shows, soon recognized his extraordinary singing power.

“Against the Winds”mostly produced and composed by Alessandro Del Vecchio (who also contributes keyboards and backing vocals), delivers what you’d expect: haunting vocals, catchy melodies, and hooks that will stick in your head for days.

While REVOLUTIONARY SAINTSThe MK I left an indelible mark on the world of melodic rock, it was time for the MK II to be born. Deanhaving recently rejoined TRAVEL, he was feeling refreshed and inspired and ready to sing his ass off. Stuffing Blades and Aldrich‘s shoes was not going to be an easy task, but luckily the right guys were found for the job.

Hoekstra is a current member of WHITE SNAKE, TRANSSIBERIAN ORCHESTRA and ICONICas well as with his own solo project, 13 OF JOEL HEXTRA, and is an absolutely stunning guitarist capable of playing multiple styles. Pilson, currently a member of A FOREIGN MAN, BLACK SWAN and THE ULTIMATE MACHINEis also known for his time in THE DOCKER and of course, his more recent production work. Two star musicians to compliment DeanThe singing and drumming of is just what it was needed for REVOLUTIONARY SAINTS, MK II and that’s what we have here. As with the first three albums, Del Vecchio handles production as well as piano and background vocals.
